Single player games
Games you play without waiting for anyone and without sending a link. Your opponent is your own best score: every round you try to get a little further than last time.
Rounds are short, so you can play one in a queue, on the bus or between classes. Want to play board games on your own? Check out the games against the computer.

- Dolmuş: Drive a dolmuş, Istanbul’s shared minibus. Weave through traffic, grab passengers, and drop them off before someone yells "Getting off here!"
- Simitçi: Simit: the sesame bagel Turkey runs on. Stack them sky-high on the vendor’s tray; overhangs get sliced, perfect drops keep the tower fat.
- Çay Ocağı: Run a Turkish tea stove. Light, strong or "rabbit’s blood" red? Hold to pour, let go right on the line. Don’t spill!
- Penny by Penny: Swipe and merge matching pennies. Piggy bank to corner shop, corner shop to mega corp. Jam the board and it's shutters down.
- Ember & Dew: A flame and a water drop, one team. Ember strolls through lava, Dew splashes through water; get them both home.
- Gold Hunter: Swing the hook, snag the gold, skip the rocks. Hit the goal before the clock runs out.
- Mine Hunt: Dig the field, crack where the mines hide from the numbers, plant your flags. Race a friend on the same field.
- Fruit Butcher: Swipe to slice the flying fruit! Chain combos and break records, just don’t touch the flying slipper.
- Tile by Tile: Drop patterned tiles on the board and fill a row or column to clear it. Run out of room and it’s over.
- Yarn Ball: Throw paws at a spinning ball of yarn without touching the others. It gets trickier every level; how far can you go?
Frequently asked questions
Is there an opponent in single player games?
In the games on this page your opponent is your own score. To play backgammon, checkers and other head-to-head games alone, see the games against the computer.
Which one is good for a short break?
A round of Yarn Ball, Simitçi or Çay Ocağı usually takes a minute or two. If you’d rather think for longer, open Tile by Tile or Mine Hunt.
Are the games really free?
Yes. Every game is free to play, with no in-game purchases and no paid levels.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. Games run in your phone or computer browser and you can play as a guest right away. An account is optional: it keeps your badges and leaderboard spot and lets you add friends. You can also add the site to your home screen and open it like an app.
