Welcome to Stockboi. By using the site (stockboi.com), you agree to these terms. We kept them short: about a 3-minute read.
1. Who are we?
Stockboi is a free browser games site. Contact: info@stockboi.com
2. The service
- You can play as a guest, without an account. Accounts are optional and free.
- In online mode, your opponents are real players. If no match is found, we offer you a computer opponent, and it is always clearly labeled as "computer".
- We may change, add or remove games, rules and site features without notice. We can't guarantee the site will run without interruptions or errors; matches in progress may be cut short during maintenance or outages.
3. Your account
- When you sign up, give a real email address. Don't share your password with anyone; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- If you're under 18, ask a parent before creating an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
4. Usernames
Other players see your username in online games. Names containing any of the following are not allowed:
- swearing, insults, hate speech, sexual content,
- impersonating another person, a brand or the Stockboi team,
- personal information (phone number, address, etc.) or advertising.
We may change names that break these rules without warning.
5. What you shouldn't do
- Cheat: use software that alters the game, bots or auto-clickers; manipulate scores or leaderboards by fake means.
- Try to harm the site, the server or other players; run unauthorized tests looking for security holes, or overload the site.
- Access someone else's account without permission.
- Use the site for anything illegal.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to info@stockboi.com.
6. Enforcement
If you break these terms, we may remove your scores from leaderboards, change your username, suspend or permanently close your account, and block your access to online games.
7. Intellectual property
The Stockboi name, logo, games, graphics, sounds and code belong to us. You may not copy, sell or publish them on another site without permission. Sharing game links with your friends is totally fine; in fact, we love it.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages arising from your use of the site, lost game progress or outages. Guest progress is stored only on your device; it's lost if you delete your browser data.
9. Personal data
We explain how we process your personal data in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and announce important changes on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes; any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law remain reserved.
