How to play

Goal: Dig under Cappadocia’s fairy chimneys with a swinging hook and haul up enough akçe (old Ottoman coins) to hit each level’s goal before time runs out.

Step by step

A hook hangs from the reel up top and swings left and right.
Tap the screen: the hook shoots out in that direction, grabs the first thing it touches and reels it in.
Heavy stuff is slow: big gold and big rocks eat your time, diamonds zip right up.
Each level gives you 60 seconds and an akçe goal. Hit it and the Bazaar opens; miss it and the game is over.
Later levels raise the goal, add more rocks and send in wandering moles.

Rules

Values: small gold 50, medium gold 120, big gold bar 400, old coin 150, diamond 450, rock 12–25 akçe.
Mystery jars give random akçe, a stick of dynamite, or extra strength for that level.
Some moles carry diamonds; catch one and the diamond is yours too.
Dynamite: use it while something is on the hook. It blows up, and the hook comes back empty and fast. No money for that one.
Once you hit the goal you can end the level early with "Finish". Whatever is on the hook when time runs out is lost.
Bazaar: Dynamite, Power sherbet (heavy loads come up fast), Evil eye bead (the blue Turkish charm; jars get generous), Stonecutter’s notebook (rocks 3x), Diamond polish (diamonds 1.5x). Power-ups only last for the next level; dynamite stays in your pocket.
Your best level and best akçe total in one run are saved on this device.

Controls

Touch: Tap anywhere on the screen to drop the hook. The big button at the bottom left is dynamite.
Keyboard: Space, Enter or the down arrow drops the hook. Up arrow or D sets off dynamite.

Tips

Check for rocks in the way: the hook grabs whatever it hits first.
Low on time? Go for the small gold nearby, not the big bar far away.
Save dynamite for big rocks; small ones come up fast anyway.
