How to play
Goal: Place patterned tiles on an 8x8 board and fill rows and columns to clear them. Score as much as you can before you run out of room.
Step by step
- You get 3 pieces at the bottom. Drag one onto a free spot on the board.
- When a row or column is completely full, it clears.
- Once all three pieces are placed, you get 3 new ones.
- If none of your pieces fit anywhere, the game is over.
Rules
- Every square you place is 1 point. Each cleared line is worth 10, and clearing several in one move multiplies it (2 lines 40, 3 lines 90).
- Streak: back-to-back clearing moves multiply your line points (x2, x3... up to x8). Up to 2 moves without a clear in between won’t break it.
- Clear the whole board for a 300-point bonus.
- Pieces can’t be rotated. A piece that doesn’t fit anywhere is shown faded.
- Leave mid-game and you pick up where you left off on the same device.
Controls
- Touch: Drag a piece with your finger; it floats a little above your fingertip and a shadow shows where it will land.
- Keyboard: 1, 2, 3 pick a piece; arrows move it; Enter or Space drops it; Esc deselects.
Tips
- Keep the middle open and build from the edges and corners.
- Try to always keep room for the big 3x3 square.
- Clear a line every couple of moves to keep your streak alive.
